A defined purpose.
Independent systematic teams. External institutional mandates.
Our scope & principlesWhat is your initial focus?
Independent systematic digital-asset teams, particularly market-neutral and relative-value strategies. Broader mandates are considered individually, not presented as an established global coverage network.
How are fees agreed?
Manager-originated introductions can be structured on an agreed success-fee basis, payable after the manager receives qualifying compensation. Allocator-commissioned searches are scoped separately. Written terms identify the fee payer, calculation basis and material conflicts before an introduction. Payment does not purchase preferential placement in a shortlist.
When are identities disclosed?
After mutual interest and the relevant confidentiality and introduction terms have been agreed. Anonymised profiles omit details that would readily identify either party.
Does a profile mean a manager is approved?
No. A profile records supplied information, evidence reviewed and outstanding diligence. The allocator makes its own assessment.
Do you allocate or manage capital?
No. The service concerns sourcing, factual screening and introductions. The parties independently conduct due diligence, negotiate terms and make allocation decisions. Each engagement is subject to agreed terms and applicable legal requirements.
Do I need to submit strategy code?
Not in an initial enquiry. Sensitive materials are requested only through an agreed channel and for a defined purpose. Please do not share account credentials, API keys, client identities or proprietary strategy code.
